Course 3 Each: Pork Carnitas Enchiladas- Braised pork wrapped in swiss chard leaves with salsa Rojo and cheese with saucy red beans and cauliflower rice.
Veg Option: Garden Veggie Enchiladas wrapped on swiss chard leaves with saucy red beans and cauliflower rice.
Course 4 Shared: Chocolate Flan Cake
