Rach, Eric and I are super stoked to be hosting Rose Brunch once again. Join us September 25 at 11 am for a 4 course brunch plus take home snack paired with our favorite wine, Rose. Our good pal Dan Grenda from Captiol Housting will be presenting wines and we will be here for the ride. Wines will be available to purchase and mix and match case discount is an option. The menu is almost done and we are super stoked.

Menu:First Course: Breakfast Corn Dog- house made breakfast sausage dipped in pancake batter and fried served with maple mustard and cherry catsup.
Second Course: Brie Custard, pear and tarragon compote, oat and nut cluster, dried pear chip.
Third Course: Breakfast Carbonara- fresh pasta tossed with house cured pork belly, duck fat , fresh herbs and parmesan cheese topped with a poached duck egg and fresh cracked pepper.
Fourth Course: Jelly Doughnut- house made doughnut filled with raspberry jam and dusted with dried berry powdered sugar
